We have a brief call, typically 20 to 30 minutes. No pitch, no presentation. Just a focused conversation to understand how you travel, where friction usually appears, and what kind of structure will work for you.
Based on that conversation, we confirm whether the full planning process is the right fit. If it is, the Planning Fee of $125 CAD covers all design work: itinerary structure, pacing, logistics, and up to two refinements. This fee is not a deposit, it is direct compensation for the planning work itself.
After the Planning Fee is confirmed, we design your journey, including: Flights Accommodations Transportation Experiences Practical travel details Everything is delivered in one clear, interactive digital itinerary, designed to be easy to follow and free from overload.
You’ll review the itinerary, and we’ll refine it if needed. The focus is on: Clear flow Thoughtful structure Comfort and pacing We avoid endless changes so the journey remains coherent and intentional.
Once everything is approved: We complete all bookings Issue final invoices Organize all confirmations and documents in one place Simple. Organized. Transparent.
While you travel, we’re available for: Key check-ins Schedule reminders Support if something unexpected comes up Present, but not intrusive.
