Based on that conversation, we either: Confirm your chosen destination, or Suggest one that aligns better with your preferences and pace The goal here is alignment, not rushing into decisions.
Once direction is clear, we move into design. This is where your journey is structured for clarity, pacing, and coherence. The planning phase is covered by a fixed Planning Fee of $125 CAD, which includes: Research and itinerary design Application of the Anima planning method Up to 2 itinerary revisions If further refinement is needed beyond the included revisions, additional revisions are available at $35 CAD each. The Planning Fee is non-refundable, as it covers professional design work initiated once the process begins.
After the Planning Fee is confirmed, we design your journey, including: Flights Accommodations Transportation Experiences Practical travel details Everything is delivered in one clear, interactive digital itinerary, designed to be easy to follow and free from overload.
You’ll review the itinerary, and we’ll refine it if needed. The focus is on: Clear flow Thoughtful structure Comfort and pacing We avoid endless changes so the journey remains coherent and intentional.
Once everything is approved: We complete all bookings Issue final invoices Organize all confirmations and documents in one place Simple. Organized. Transparent.
